The Queen’s Pawn newsletter is about chess, chess improvement and other chess related things. 

My name is Petr Slavík. I am almost 50 years old amateur chess player. I started playing chess as a child during the era of Karpov - Kasparov matches. I stopped playing in my late teens and returned to chess as an adult in my late 30s.

My highest rating was 1883, now my rating is 1732. But my goal is still the same. To reach the level of 2000.
